“The action and overall tension was strong… some inspired and original touches” Sam Baker

Brasenose 26th November 2.15pm

Review by Sam Baker

A bizarre play, intensely depressing in many respects, concerning death and what to do after life on earth. They took a while to get going, but eventually sustained a good level of interest, really becoming more and more engaging as it went on.

The acting was generally strong throughout. The piece has been well directed. The action and emotional tension was strong, giving a hard atmosphere to the overall piece, which was very rewarding to watch. The use of space was good; the staging was simple and effective, with some inspired and original touches, including great representations of an Underground tube, and a bed.
